Objective :

Lead and optimize the company’s supply chain operations, ensuring on-time material availability, logistics efficiency, and achievement of production and customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee planning, purchasing, logistics, materials, and inventory management to guarantee operational continuity and target achievement in cost, quality, and delivery.
• Develop sourcing strategies and supplier management programs to strengthen long-term relationships and drive competitiveness.
• Supervise Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes in coordination with sales and manufacturing teams.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, inventory levels, lead time, and logistics costs.
• Manage import / export and transportation operations in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Promote continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimization throughout the supply chain.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to ensure integrated and profitable operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and results orientation.
