- At least 5 years of sales experience in the tech industry; applicants with less experience will be considered if having previous experience in sales distribution.
- Possess the capability to promote regional products / solutions and develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase product availability through different distribution channels.
- To have built an strong relationships with national and regional distributors.
- Spanish and English as working languages.
- Preferred BS / MS in Telecommunication, Engineering or Sales.
- Desirable experience in distribution sales project operations.
- Customer sales and partner expansion oriented
- Strong communication skills and influence
- Able to effectively coordinate internally and organize collaborative efforts across relevant business
- Preferred experienced with enterprise management tools for project management
- Possesses strong learning ability, achievement orientation, and a strong sense of purpose and value.
Responsibilities :
General : Responsible of business distribution at the representative office, primarily targeting regional distributors.Sales Strategy & Marketing : Promote regional products / solutions and develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase product availability through different distribution channels.Performance Management : Set sales targets for assigned territories, monitor sales performance, and conduct regular business reviews.Market Analysis : Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and analyze customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies.Collaboration and Relationship : Enhances the sell-out capabilities of distributors building and maintaining strong relationships with national and regional distributors and key customers.
