Systems Access – Management and Administration
The Systems Access – Management and Administration role is responsible for managing access credentials to systems and supported platforms. This position requires technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and effective communication to deliver high-quality service.
Responsibilities :
- Manage requests for access credentials to systems and platforms.
- Support internal (employees) and external customers.
- Vet requests based on criteria, prerequisites, and requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requests meet standards.
- Monitor processes, identify issues, and ensure service quality.
- Handle requests efficiently and communicate with customers regarding expectations and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including job aids and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide regular activity reports to management with insights and trends.
- Communicate with clients within the defined scope of work.
- Share knowledge and best practices to support knowledge management.
Qualifications :
Education and Work Experience Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or training.Experience in construction, telecommunications, or engineering fields preferred.Skills and Abilities Required :
Ability to manage volumes of requests, including those impacted by system changes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Power BI for building business solutions.Understanding of project management concepts and workflow automation.Working Environment :
Standard U.S. business hours : Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CSTOn-site work only; remote work not permitted.Software Knowledge : Microsoft Office Suite
