We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team.
As a Senior Recruiter at ALTEN Mexico, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for engineering and technology roles. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure the selection of high-quality candidates. This role involves not only sourcing and attracting talent but also mentoring and supporting junior recruiters in their efforts.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Collaborating with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop tailored job descriptions
Sourcing candidates from various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Providing mentorship and training to junior recruitment staff
Tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on progress to management
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
