Software Engineer PHP & Vue

Our partner is seeking a Software Engineer to join their global engineering team and help build technology that supports millions of customers worldwide. Their proprietary locking technology and data-driven solutions bring credit-based products to emerging markets. As part of this team, you'll tackle complex challenges, build scalable products, and continuously learn new technologies.

Job Summary

This role involves building full-stack solutions, integrating APIs for global partners, and ensuring secure, data-driven applications. Youll own features end-to-end, from design to deployment, while collaborating with a talented international engineering team.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, debug, and deploy features using PHP, JavaScript (Vue / AngularJS), HTML, and CSS.
• Build, maintain, and optimize relational databases using SQL (DDL and DML).
• Design and implement database schema updates to support new features.
• Develop APIs and backend services to deliver real-time data for global partners.
• Build data-driven products with a strong focus on proper handling of sensitive customer data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product and engineering) to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Mentor new engineers, provide documentation, and support team growth.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and test-driven development (TDD).
• Work within an Agile environment, adapting to changing requirements.

Must Have

Base salary range : MX 66k - 93k

Base salary range : CO 16M-19M
