Carrier has openings for passionate and experienced calculation engine developer to serve as vital members of the MASC (Modeling, Analysis, Simulation and Computation) team based in Shanghai, China. Communicate with marketing, product engineering, and global teams in understanding customer needs from different perspectives.

We are looking for people who are MS degree or PhD. MS or PhD degree in thermal, refrigeration and air-conditioning or fluid machinery with 2+ year experience with master’s degree.

Strong background in heat transfer, thermodynamics and numerical analysis, understand the mechanism of the numerical computation method for non-linear equation group.

Programming experience inPython, Modelica, C++, Fortran or related languages.

Engineering experience in design or application of HVAC / R or Power plant equipment.
