The Role
We are seeking a deeply technical and execution-focused Technical Product Manager to be a critical driver for our AI platform and AI agent capabilities. This is a hands-on role for a product leader with a passion for AI and a focus on user delight. You will partner with the Head of AI, engineering teams, and other PMs to translate our AI strategy into a tangible roadmap and bring it to life.
The role splits time evenly between building robust, scalable AI infrastructure (50%) and enhancing the intelligence and conversational experience of our AI agents (50%). You will connect cutting-edge AI technology to the user experience Félix aims to deliver.
Responsibilities
- Drive the AI Product Roadmap : Translate strategy into a detailed, actionable roadmap. Prioritize features, infrastructure upgrades, and research spikes to meet business objectives.
- AI Agent Intelligence & User Experience : Lead development for our conversational AI agent. Define requirements to improve natural language understanding and response quality, leveraging technologies like RAG for context-aware interactions.
- AI Infrastructure & Platform Enablement : Guide foundational AI infrastructure. Define requirements for data pipelines, MLOps tooling, model deployment systems, and scalable APIs for rapid experimentation and reliability.
- Technical Specification & Execution : Author product requirements, user stories, and technical specs. Own the product backlog and work with engineers through sprints to deliver features on time.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Own and analyze KPIs for the AI agent and the platform (e.g., user satisfaction, latency, uptime, cost) to guide improvements and business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as the primary product interface between engineers, data scientists, QA, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
These are the applicable requisites; equivalent competencies in any of the above will be considered.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on AI / ML products, platforms, or data-intensive systems. Direct work experience with AI is not required.A demonstrable passion for both the potential of AI and delivering an exceptional user experience.Deep technical understanding of the modern AI stack, including data pipelines, MLOps, and the application of LLMs (e.g., fine-tuning, RAG).Proven experience shipping complex, scalable, and reliable backend systems or APIs.Ability to discuss system architecture, model performance, and infrastructure trade-offs with engineers.Exceptional analytical skills; comfortable analyzing product engagement data, AI model performance metrics, and system performance data to drive decisions.Passion for fintech and building technology that empowers underserved communities.An advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is a plus but not required. MBA is desirable.Fluent in Spanish and English.What We Offer
