What You’ll Do

As a Senior Quality Engineer on this project, you’ll be responsible for :

• Designing and executing manual and automated end-to-end test cases for conversational AI and generative email tools.
• Validating NLP outputs for tone, accuracy, and contextual relevance.
• Building and maintaining automated test frameworks for regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborating with developers, product owners, and data scientists to define test strategies and quality benchmarks .
• Identifying and tracking bugs using Azure DevOps Services , and working closely with the development team to resolve issues.
• Performing exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability concerns.
• Monitoring test results and providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
• Creating and maintaining test documentation , including scripts, reports, and test cases.
• Supporting agile development cycles with a focus on iterative delivery and quality.
• Contributing to the evolution of QA processes and best practices .
