SAP Change Management Lead
We are seeking a consultant with 10+ years of experience in SAP Change Management lead. The individual will require to have the following skills :
Responsibilities / Qualifications
- Experience in Managing Change Management in large scale SAP Implementation
- Experience in STMS / Charm Setup
Configure STMS for new systems
Check STMS config after the system upgrade and refreshSetup ChaRM for new systems and workflowsMaintain Charm landscape and adjust change cycles if any systems changed or removedConfigure Managed System ConfigurationPerform SolMan SetupSupport system upgrade and adjust ChaRM config accordinglyExperience in SAP Systems and Path to Production , N+ 1 systems SetupConfigure Charm landscape for N+1
Enable / disable charm landscape based on usability of the landscapeRetrofit TRs from Maintenance landscape to Project LandscapeMove TRs using project landscape when Maintenance landscape is downExperience in Transport Setup and managing transportSetup and adjust transport routes
Monitor Transport buffer and clear out erroneous TRs from the bufferSupport all SAP and non SAP system transport movement for Prod and Non Prod systemsPerform Retrofit for project and maintenance landscapeSupporting SAP Development Group for Change Mgmt / Transports Request using CharmSupport ChaRM related activities like creating change doc, sync with Remedy, adjust charm workflow status, setup TR import jobs
Provide process related supportApprove UCRs and process themMonitor WO to cancel or close any CRQs or Change documentsWithdraw change docs and remove TRs from the buffer for cancelled CRQsUpdate daily report for DOR meetingPreferred
Host SAP CABMeeting with Client stake holders , MSO O& M Teams, Project TeamsHelp Change Management team to run CAB meeting for weekly releases
Make sure all the reports are ready for CABAddress any issues or concerns related to TR movement or approval during the CAB meetingApprove changes during the cabValidate all the approved changes after the CABSend communication to all the users after CAB regarding what has been approvedValidate all the approved changes to make sure they are on right status in Charm and RemedyValidate Transports to make sure they are ready to go in ProductionCheck STMS buffer to make sure only approved changes goes in productionAdjust the status of charm document if requiredSetup TR import jobsSend communication to all users with complete list of TR that supposed to go in Prod as weekly releaseMonitor TR Import and send communication once the import is completedAddress any issues during the import and after the importOpen / Close systems for manual work if the CRQ is approved by CAB.Close all the change documents after the import .Close all the CRQsManage Audit TrailsDesired (Nice to have)
Support SOX Audit / ComplianceCreate and maintain Change management process control documentation
Provide all the Charm and Remedy related evidence to internal and external auditMake sure all the systems are consistent and follows SOX rulesPerform live testing in systems with Audit team to show the SOX related evidenceStrong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.Capable of managing large group meetings effectively for arriving at the outcomesEEO / About Us
