About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Software Sales Engineer / AI Evangelist / Engineering Manager to join our team. This hybrid role blends deep technical expertise, client-facing communication, and leadership responsibilities. You will help drive new business conversations, guide technical solutioning, and lead technical teams working at the cutting edge of AI-enhanced development.

You will not only work hands-on in dynamic coding environments (Node.js, React, Vercel, v0.dev, Clerk, FaunaDB, OpenAI APIs) but also mentor and manage engineers operating in highly iterative, high-ambiguity projects. Your role will be central to shaping client engagement strategies, advocating for our AI-forward engineering capabilities, and ensuring project success by building maintainable yet rapidly adaptable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Engineering & Client Engagement
  • Partner with the Sales and Delivery teams to design and present innovative, AI-driven software solutions to clients.
  • Engage directly with technical and non-technical client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Advocate for cutting-edge tools and practices, including AI integration in the software lifecycle.
  • Technical Leadership & Delivery
  • Design, develop, and optimize scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and AI services.
  • Ensure / maintain high code quality even within highly dynamic, rapidly evolving project requirements.
  • Apply strong computer science fundamentals (e.g., time / space complexity analysis, concurrency strategies) to create robust architectures.
  • Team Management & Mentorship
  • Manage and mentor a team of globally-distributed engineers working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
  • Help shape and refine project objectives alongside evolving client needs.
  • AI Evangelism & Innovation
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients, helping them understand how AI can solve human-intensive, time-consuming, or error-prone business processes.
  • Educate and inspire client stakeholders by demonstrating the practical, transformative potential of AI-powered solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify high-impact opportunities for AI adoption and articulate clear business value.
  • Lead discussions and workshops that demystify AI technologies and build confidence in adopting AI-driven development.
  • Continuously explore and showcase emerging AI tools and integration strategies to address evolving client needs.

  • Strong understanding of O(n) analysis, concurrency challenges (race conditions, deadlocks), and scalable system design.
