Descripción del trabajoHave at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field. Can articulate well and speak English at a professional level. Have at least 2 years of experience managing WordPress development projects in a digital marketing agency. Have strong knowledge and experience in WordPress development, as well as familiarity with other CMS platforms. Have strong organizational and project management skills. Experience in custom WordPress plugin development project management. Coding experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or other web dev languages. Able to provide at least 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday). Fully remote work. The starting monthly salary between $2000-$4000 CAD, which will be negotiated during the interview based on competencies, skills and experience. Premium Employee Training. What Will You Do?
- Oversee the planning, development, and launch of multiple websites built on WordPress and other platforms, ensuring they meet client goals and industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Work with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and content creators to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Review and approve all work to ensure accessibility, SEO best practices, and overall quality.
- Continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
