Responsibilities
- Lead the Innovative Medicine Warehouse and Outbound Transportation operations, driving efficiencies and advancing opportunities to bring organizational maturity to the next level
- Run distribution center operations in São José dos Campos & Puebla and 3PL model operations in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Panama, Chile, Uruguay and Argentina
- Manage all-in-country transportation operations with major focus in the outbound last mile
- Advance innovation and transformation agenda related to automation and digitalization
- Ensure contracted agreements on service level and cost with 3PLs and carriers, collaborate on the supplier’s relationship management program, secure adherence to the enterprise risk management framework, but also to the Quality, EH&S, SOX and all Compliance standards
- Partner with Procurement in the development and negotiation of new supplier contracts
- Responsible for the freight payment control process and day-to-day execution
- Partner with JJOS team for addressing process improvement initiatives
- Partner with Deliver Integrator on execution and allocation of resources to ensure flawless new product launches, deployment of strategic programs and building new capabilities
- Accountable for the change management related to the implementation of regional network strategy and changes in go-to-market model
