What you will do :

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of the import / export processes to ensure compliance with customs regulations and timely delivery of goods.
Manage documentation related to import and export activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
Oversee the customs clearance process and work closely with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
Implement and monitor performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Provide training and support to staff involved in shipping and receiving activities to optimize performance.
Engage with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and streamline logistics processes.

How you will do it :

Control shipping and receiving processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Develop and enforce procedures for accurate inventory logging and documentation.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with trade regulations and internal policies.

What we are looking for :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in import / export operations or logistics.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Proficient in the use of MS Office and inventory management systems.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
