Tech Support Manager

What you’ll do :

Main Responsibilities :

• Manage technical support activities related to corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise the automation and maintenance technical team, promoting training and skills development.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance plans, machine availability targets and performance indexes (OEE, MTTR, MTBF).
• Implement automation solutions and improvements in industrial processes, in alignment with industrial engineering and production.
• Act in the analysis of failures and in the proposal of corrective and preventive actions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for technical and operational performance.
• Control area budgets, including maintenance costs, acquisition of parts and third-party services.
• Lead projects for technological modernization and digitalization of industrial processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
