A premium direct-to-consumer jewelry and lifestyle brand built on bold design and uncompromising quality. The team is looking for a Graphic Designer who understands D2C fashion / lifestyle brands and can create polished, on-brand designs at speed.
Scope of the Role
The Graphic Designer will focus on creating and implementing email campaigns through Klaviyo, ensuring visuals are aligned with the brand voice and drive engagement. You’ll work within Figma and manage projects through Asana, collaborating closely with the marketing team to deliver clean, premium designs that convert.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality email creatives in Klaviyo that are visually engaging and conversion-focused
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and D2C best practices
- Work with marketing to translate campaign briefs into polished, on-brand emails
- Manage and prioritize design tasks within Asana, ensuring deadlines are met
- Optimize email layouts for both desktop and mobile responsiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and improve email performance

3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within D2C fashion, apparel, accessories, or lifestyle brandsStrong experience designing and implementing email campaigns in KlaviyoProficiency in Figma and familiarity with Asana for project managementAbility to deliver clean, premium, and conversion-focused designs quicklyStrong understanding of email marketing best practices (hierarchy, typography, mobile-first design)Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with fast-paced eCommerce teams or seasonal campaign cyclesFamiliarity with A / B testing strategies and performance metrics for emailKnowledge of HTML / CSS for email customization (not required, but a plus)Strong visual storytelling skills and ability to adapt design tone across campaignsInterest in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle branding
