Learn more at Job Function : Supply Chain DeliverJob Sub Function : Transportation ServicesJob Category : ProfessionalAll Job Posting Locations : Mexico City, MexicoJob Description : The employee is acquainted with the annual company and division goals and is aware of how he / she can influence these through his / her performance.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for planning strategy, invoicing, and expedition documents management for Distribution Centers, internal and Export Markets.Responsible for Carriers request to attend DC demandsResponsible for planning strategy to guarantee the best service for our patientsSupports the leadership in decision makingMaintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.Analyses health sales orders and perform the invoicing in accordance with pre-established SLA'sAnalyzes sales orders vs. operational capacity, maintaining negotiations with interface areasIssues reports daily, with information regarding health orders in the ERP system.Responsible for KPI's development and controlConnect and support to various areas of the company.Minimum QualificationMinimally High School degreeBachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering and Technical subjects will be a differentiatorExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.Excellent computer proficiency e.g. MS Office, SAPExcellent analytical skill to identify gaps and root causes of issues and think out of the box to develop a solution.Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines and maintain a positive attitude.Excellent relationship, communication and critical sense skills
