MRP planning; monitor and regulate all inventory to ensure material all inventory is sufficient for projected customer needs, as per safety stocks

Manage PO’s to vendors and timely delivery

Provide ETA for all open sales orders on a weekly basis

Manage RM availability for production as planned on a weekly basis

Ensure accurate movements of stock in SAP

Manage and monitor returns of rejected products

Ensure resolution of invoicing discrepancies with suppliers and accounting

Oversee the inbound logistics function, custom clearance, and coordinate deliveries with vendors

Create and maintain vendor master records and documents as needed

Maintain updated purchase price for all items in consultation with Global Procurement Manager

Ensure compliance with new vendor setup and take authorization prior to purchasing from a new vendor; working with various departments as required.

Identify and develop local vendors of materials, services, equipment or supplies and negotiate product availability, pricing and terms.

Prepare monthly / weekly reports as required by management
