About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Pricing & Data Analysis Specialist who’s passionate about data-driven decision making and process excellence. In this newly created role, you’ll shape global pricing strategies, optimize product lifecycle processes, and build powerful BI tools that empower our product and sales teams worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and lead robust global pricing strategies in close partnership with Product Management and Sales teams.
• Manage pricing operations end-to-end : regional price lists, annual reviews, and special pricing requests.
• Analyze profitability trends and provide actionable insights.
• Be the subject matter expert for product registration systems and champion process improvements.
• Design and deliver training materials for pricing and lifecycle management.
• Oversee product discontinuation and End-of-Life (EOL) processes.
• Build intuitive dashboards and reports to visualize product performance and support decision-making.
• Support Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) through forecasting and pipeline analysis.
• Collaborate with global BI teams to align best practices and streamline reporting.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in data analysis, pricing, product management, or sales operations (preferably in an industrial or technical environment).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or similar field; MBA is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication skills and ability to engage cross-functional and global teams.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Proven track record of driving process improvements and executing strategic pricing initiatives.
