Join our team as our new Accounting to Reporting Specialist, US / Canada!
Responsibilities
Manage and execute all Order to Cash (OtC) activities for the LATAM operation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Provide timely support and resolution for internal and external customer inquiries related to OtC processes.
Monitor and control operational workflow to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement process improvements.
Maintain documentation and records for all OtC transactions and activities.
Adapt to the specific requirements and challenges of the LATAM market, ensuring local needs are met.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree (completed or in final semesters) in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
Desirable : basic knowledge of finance, invoicing, and accounting principles
Experience
1 to 2 years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Credit & Collections, or Customer Service, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.
Experience with invoice processing, payment follow-up, or reconciliations is an advantage.
Basic understanding of LATAM invoicing and tax requirements (Chile, Mexico, Brazil) is a plus.
Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred, even at a user level.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, and reports).
Basic knowledge of accounting or financial processes.
English level : intermediate (able to handle written communication and simple calls).
Portuguese is a plus but not required.
Soft Skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Team player with good communication skills.
Customer service orientation and ability to follow up efficiently.
Eager to learn and develop within a structured process-oriented environment.
Proactive and adaptable, open to supporting multiple countries in LATAM.
