As Manager On Duty, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests receive the highest standard of service and hospitality. You’ll be responsible for overseeing operations in the absence of senior management, ensuring that every guest experience is seamless and memorable.
You will be tasked with handling any guest inquiries or complaints, managing daily operations, and ensuring that all departments are communicating effectively to maintain our excellent service levels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the main point of contact for guests, addressing any concerns and providing assistance as needed.
- Monitor operations and ensure adherence to company policies and FORBES AND LQA standards.
- Conduct walk-throughs of the property to ensure all areas are maintained to the company’s high standards.
- Resolve any administrative or operational problems, aiming for a win-win solution.
- Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure guest and team member satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 TO 5 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory roles.Bachelor Degree (Hospitality, Tourism, etc)Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in hotel management software.Fluency in English.Benefits
