ServiceNow Developer with ITSM and HRSD – Remote in Mexico

Mid‑senior level, full‑time, remote position for candidates based in Mexico and comfortable with English.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Understand and translate customer business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design solutions on the ServiceNow platform tailored to customer requirements.
  • Provide scope, effort estimates, and recommend development methodologies.
  • Create user stories or work breakdown structures to enable technical delivery.
  • Design and develop ITSM, HRSD and Portal solutions.
  • Track work items and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Handle escalations within the team and with project stakeholders.
  • Conduct requirement gathering for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Lead technical reviews and conduct end‑user training sessions.
  • Configure IT Service Management modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Request, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Asset, and user setup.
  • Develop using ServiceNow: REST/SOAP web services, JavaScript, and other platform scripts.
  • Configure CMDB, Asset Management, and orchestrations for software distribution.
  • Set up ServiceNow ITBM for Project, Portfolio, Demand, Resource, and Finance.
  • Create reports and performance analytics in ServiceNow.
  • Build custom processes, third‑party integrations, and custom applications.
  • Adopt best practices for ServiceNow implementation.
  • Lead and manage a global team.
  • Guide project delivery with understanding of contracts and project management practices.
  • Coordinate with internal and client stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Apply strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment.
  • Communicate effectively in English with team members and customers.
  • Understand ServiceNow upgrade, cloning, and collaboration with the ServiceNow HI support team.
  • Set up integrations: LDAP/SSO, Email, Chat, etc.
  • Implement domain separation and data segregation.

  • ServiceNow Implementation Certified – ITSM, HRSD
