Job Description

This position serves as the key link between the customer and shop floor, ensuring that all products are manufactured to meet the LEGO Group’s quality and safety standards. The role is also responsible for establishing and maintaining QEHS standards, promoting a strong quality assurance mindset, and driving continuous improvement across processes and production teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive strategic quality improvements and mentor others to strengthen the quality culture.
- Define and implement standards, processes, and activities to meet quality and QEHS requirements.
- Lead PFMEA workshops, ensure DFMEA–PFMEA alignment, and verify effective control plans.
- Support APQP and PPAP processes, ensuring product and process readiness.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to resolve systemic quality issues and validate corrective actions.
- Use advanced statistical tools (e.g., DOE, regression, trend analysis) to identify and drive process improvements.
- Manage containment and countermeasure activities for major quality or safety incidents.
- Promote and share best QEHS practices across sites to support continuous improvement.
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field; experience in Manufacturing, Quality, and / or Continuous Improvement.Certified in Lean and Six‑Sigma Green Belt; expertise in AIAG Core Tools and ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 preferred).Skilled in RCA and corrective action methods (5 Whys, A3, 8D) and proficient with Minitab for statistical analysis.Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a structured, data‑driven approach.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.Proven track record of driving process improvements, mentoring others, and promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.What’s in it for you?
