The UX writer works as part of a digital product team to ensure a coherent, consistent content experience across user flow-based experiences (e.g., multi-step product selection tools, user registration flows, quoting / configuration tools).
We are seeking individuals experienced working as part of a digital product team in an agile environment. Candidates should be able to
- Able to provide quality UX writing, including microcopy, error messages, notifications, instructional text, and disclaimers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, working closely with editors, designers, and product teams across multiple lines of business
- Able to balance the needs of business, design, legal, compliance and technology stakeholders to create UX content that supports user flow-based experiences
- Demonstrate attention to detail and use style guides and design systems to drive content consistency across experiences and align to the brand
- Collaborate with product and design teams in Figma to define user flows, wireframes, and to prepare the content that supports the experience.
Required Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or Content Strategy, with a focus on writing UX content (microcopy, notifications, disclaimers, etc.) for user flow-based experiences.Portfolio of UX writing samplesDesired Qualifications
