Operations Excellence Leader

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our production process.

This key role is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations, driving continuous improvement, and leading a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities Include : Oversee the production process to meet or exceed production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.Identify areas for improvement in production efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.Build, manage, and develop a high-performing production team.Maintain a culture of customer service excellence and ongoing compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8-10+ years of experience in management, or a master's degree and at least 5 years of experience.The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
