IB Coordinator

Purpose of Role

Lead the design, implementation, quality assurance, and ongoing development of the IB Diploma Programme in line with the IB Standards & Practices. Act as the school’s primary liaison with the IB, overseeing candidacy, authorization, evaluation, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and academically honest learning environment.

Required Experience (IB Diploma Programme)

• Strong academic background and teaching qualification.
• 3–5 years of DP teaching with programme implementation experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong project management, data literacy (IBIS / Insights or similar), and stakeholder communication skills.
• IBEN experience desirable.
