In this position, you will report directly to our leadership team and be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our clients in Mexico.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in key account management, business development, or high-level commercial management roles, including experience in hunting and acquiring new clients in the SaaS or B2B services sector.

The successful candidate will also possess advanced English language skills, exceptional relationship-building abilities, analytical thinking, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have :

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in key account management, business development, or high-level commercial management roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing clients or portfolios at a national level or with significant geographic responsibility.
  • Advanced English language skills (essential for communication with international teams and clients).
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients from operational levels to C-level executives.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify business needs, and translate challenges into concrete opportunities and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
