Sales and Service Leader
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to drive performance, efficiency, and growth in the region. This dynamic leader will oversee daily operations across inbound and outbound sales, onboarding, workforce management, quality, and compliance.
- Lead large teams across multiple channels (voice, chat, email)
- Develop strategies to meet revenue and client growth targets
- Collaborate with global teams for seamless customer experience and satisfaction
This role reports directly to the Global Director of Operations. Key responsibilities include :
