Regional Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Manager to oversee the strategic performance of our retail operations. As an inspirational leader, you will empower Store Managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive business results, and build brand awareness.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Create and execute strategies aligned with our vision and values.
  • Motivate and develop strong Store Managers through coaching and training.
  • Drive sales growth and product sell-through across multiple locations.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Tolerate uncertainty and ambiguity while adapting to changing priorities.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Proven ability to lead remotely and manage multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with visual merchandising and active lifestyle industries.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

    • Compensation :

    $680,000–$765,000 MXN salary range ($40,000–$45,000 USD) with opportunity to earn a 30-60% performance bonus incentive. Company vehicle is provided.
