UST is looking for a full stack Developer with very good English communication skills. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React for frontend development and Python for building robust service layers and APIs. Experience with Snowflake is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with Senior Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Architects are essential. Required Qualifications

~7+ years of experience in full-stack development.

~ Strong proficiency in React, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.

~ Extensive experience in Python for backend development and API creation.

~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

~ Proven ability to work directly with Senior Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Architects.

~ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.

Experience in the healthcare and / or reinsurance industries.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
