Talent Management Operations Specialist

Mission

Talent Management Operations supervise the provision of Solution Center Services ensuring the compliance of transactions according Human Development policies and procedures.

Essential Functions

• Provide accurate and timely customer support from employees, managers and HDBP’s in order to resolve their Human Development transactions
• Resolve inquiries regarding HD programs, processes, systems and policies via email and phone.
• Manage the Metalsa's organizational structure and employee's labor and personal information
• Ensure the acomplishment of Solution Center calls, emails and chats regarding HD processes according to the Service Level Agreement and HD Service Delivery Model
• Manage the internal HD systems and databases (MyHD ticket tool, Oracle HCM, ADP, Cisco Agent)
• Be a partner of IT to articulate business needs and systems improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with the HDBP to improve the proceses, strategies and services of Human Development
• Participate in pre payroll process and resolve main incidents
• Develop and implement improvement and innovation projects to be more efficent in the services provided
