The Contracts Analyst is responsible for preparing and reviewing contracts across multiple commodities. Candidates should also demonstrate curiosity beyond their immediate tasks, ask thoughtful questions related to their role, and consistently apply effective decision-making skills.
Collaborate within a small team of analysts primarily responsible for generating, preparing, and reviewing various commodity terms related but not limited to Power, Gas, Crude Oil, and petroleum products
Coordinate with various internal teams to resolve discrepancies in contract terms
Liaise daily with regional offices and escalate any contract-related issues
Distribute daily Contract Status Reports for management review
Support special projects and initiatives assigned by management
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required; familiarity with SharePoint and Power BI is a plus
Must possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with proficiency in both spoken and written English (Proven C1 or higher level)
Previous experience with commodities or contract management is a plus.
