Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategy Executive to lead our payroll and rewards function. This role requires a professional with seniority, strategic vision, and strong leadership skills who can drive the function to greater autonomy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Payroll Management : Manage the complete payroll process, including incident reporting, coordination with external providers, payroll audits, validation of calculations, and ensuring timely weekly, biweekly, and annual payments.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with all employer obligations, including IMSS, Infonavit, SUA, ISR, and REPSE.
- Benefits Administration : Administer and oversee corporate benefits such as life insurance, health insurance, fuel allowances, among others.
- Reporting and Analysis : Prepare payroll reports and cost analyses for growth projects and budget planning.
- Risk Management : Manage risk premium processes and regulatory compliance related to labor matters.
- Team Leadership : Lead and develop the payroll and benefits team, fostering autonomy, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need :
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.A minimum of 4 years' experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits, with a proven track record leading teams.Strong knowledge of payroll reconciliations, cost analysis, employer contributions, REPSE, IMSS, Infonavit, SUA, and ISR.Experience managing a headcount of 1,100+ employees.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills, with effective communication and a results-driven approach.
