Position Summary

As an MSL in Hematology, you will serve as a key scientific resource in the field, building peer-to-peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), supporting the product lifecycle, and collaborating with internal teams to drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Scientific Communication : Develop and share in-depth scientific content related to assigned products or therapeutic areas.
• Medical Education : Organize and support scientific learning events and preceptorship programs.
• Data Generation : Assist in clinical studies, expanded access programs, and local publications.
• Insight Collection : Conduct advisory boards, attend conferences, and report on scientific trends and competitor intelligence.
• Medical Projects : Implement collaborative initiatives aligned with brand strategy and develop scientific materials.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulations, and budgetary guidelines.
