Process Engineer

Requirements :

Completed engineering.
5+ years of experience in electronic manufacturing processes (SMT and Back-End).
Knowledge of process control, statistical analysis (SPC), and quality tools.
Experience in new product introduction (NPI).
Intermediate-advanced English.
Leadership, critical analysis, and teamwork skills.

Activities :

Identify and analyze operator needs for the assembly process.

Update procedures and work instructions whenever improvement actions arise.

Develop assembly process flowcharts.

Analyze assembly process statistics (data, sampling, and calculations) to develop more effective production flows.

Analyze assembly processes to design improvement actions based on information requested by operators related to their daily processes.

Coordinate interdepartmental meetings to conduct a root-cause analysis of the dilemmas faced and lead the corrective actions outlined in the 8Ds reports.

Record production consumables (packaging items, labels) required in the processes.

Validate equipment, fixtures, and tools, and verify the optimal functioning of new equipment.
