We are seeking a seasoned UX Leader with 8–10 years of experience in digital product design, UX research, and development environments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading UX strategy and execution, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, and driving impactful user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own UX deliverables for multiple global initiatives, from discovery to delivery.
  • Drive day-to-day UX activities : design reviews, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Conduct user research, testing, and analytics to uncover insights and translate them into personas, journeys, and actionable requirements.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and style guides using Figma .
  • Create and maintain design systems , reusable components, and libraries.
  • Ensure adherence to UX best practices, accessibility standards, usability guidelines, and brand identity guidelines.
  • Partner with global teams (Design, Development, Product Owners / Managers, Business Stakeholders) to align on UX strategy and execution.
  • Review developed UI to ensure alignment with UX designs and resolve gaps / issues with engineering.
  • Communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
  • Document and share UX success stories, usability metrics, and case studies to showcase impact.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of hands-on UX experience, with at least 3+ years in a lead role .
  • Strong background in digital product design, research, and software development environments .
  • Deep expertise in Human-Centered Design, UX Research, and Design Thinking processes .
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (portfolio with Figma files required).
  • Experience with user testing & analytics tools (e.g., UserTesting.com, Userlytics, Google Analytics, FullStory).
  • Strong understanding of design systems and scalable design practices.
  • Proven experience designing for both consumer-facing and enterprise applications (web & mobile).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-driven design approach .
  • Experience working with global, cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
  • Ability to create original icons, illustrations, and visual assets when required.
