Job Title : Financial Customer Solutions Specialist – Contact Center

We are seeking a professional with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as a Collections Representative. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering high-quality service and resolving account concerns.

Purpose :

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts within the 0-30 day delinquency range, providing efficient and empathetic service to address account concerns, and implementing effective payment strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in the U.S.
• Assess reasons for missed payments and offer solutions to regularize accounts.
• Perform skip tracing to locate clients and / or collateral using authorized methods.
• Build strong customer relationships through consultative interactions.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
