Responsibilities

Help design and deliver SAP Concur Business Travel Management process design solutions including customizing, documentation, and testing

Integration of SAP Concur into existing backend systems via neylux middleware solutions or SAP ICS integration

Assist in the preparation and execution of customer workshops and project management tasks

Analysis of the change requirements with the modeling and conception of the business processes

Review of SAP Concur implementations and development of suggestions for improvement and their implementation

Preparation and implementation of customer training

Assumption of project responsibility / management and support of our customers

Support in the sales process as a pre-sales consultant

Preparation of project offers

Support of the neylux support team

Your profile

Degree in Economics, (Business) Informatics or comparable work experience

3+ years of experience in Business Travel Management with SAP Concur

Experiences in Concur Travel is a big plus

Certified in SAP Concur (CIP) is a plus

Experience of at least 2 full cycle implementations in SAP Concur

Independent, structured and responsible way of working with a pronounced understanding of service

Team-working ability, excellent communication skills and social competencies

Residence in Mexico & native language skills in Spanish

Very good English, both oral and written
