Housekeeping Operations Manager

This position is responsible for the effective management of all housekeeping functions. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of exceptional service and be able to lead by example in maintaining a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Hiring Requirements :

• Minimum one year supervisory experience in a large hotel or hospitality industry setting with a proven track record of managing a team of at least 10 employees.
• Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety procedures, including equipment operation and personal protective equipment use.
• Proficient in using computers, internet access, and software packages such as Excel, Word, and Kronos.
