One year of previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (desirable).
Proficient in Windows PC applications, including MS Office and the Internet.
Sensitive and articulate verbal and written communication skills in both English (advanced B2-C1) and Spanish.
18 of legal age and have complete documentation (CURP, NSS, CONSTANCIA FISCAL, etc.)
