Main responsibilities :
- We are looking for proactive professionals who can initiate conversations with prospects and clients via phone, email, and messaging apps, ensuring allocated clients are introduced / contacted regularly and managed by calls, emails, and messaging apps.
- Our ideal candidate will convert prospective clients from various sources into active funded and traded clients, establishing long-term relationships with active clients.
- We expect our sales manager to ensure that disputes and queries from clients are solved in a timely manner.
- Educating prospects and clients about our product offerings, platform features, and tools, as well as providing market commentaries and training sessions exclusively for clients.
- The successful candidate will assist with client behavior analysis and provide reporting on market and trading activities.
To succeed in this role, you bring :
Degree in finance, business, marketing or relevant fields is highly preferred.Strong knowledge and understanding of the CFD / Crypto trading industries.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, other languages welcome.Experience in outbound sales, preferably offering financial products.Strong communication skills and excellent team player.Highly organized and detail-oriented.We offer :
