As a key player in our dynamic team, you will :

• Develop innovative social media plans for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and other significant events
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to drive success and inform your approach
• Analyze and report on social media metrics, leveraging insights to refine strategies and improve performance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of messaging and campaigns across channels
• Manage agencies to ensure high-quality social and digital campaigns meet expectations

This role demands a creative, analytical thinker with exceptional writing, editing, and design skills. You should have a solid grasp of social media strategy, planning, and digital activations, with experience driving engagement, brand awareness, and business results.

Key qualifications include 3-5 years' experience in social media management and brand marketing, a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing Communications or a related field, fluency in English and Spanish, and familiarity with Mexican local culture and internet trends.

In this fast-paced environment, you will work alongside colleagues from diverse backgrounds, contributing to an open-minded, entrepreneurial, and intellectually curious team. This is a full-time position with 5 working days a week, with occasional meetings with HQ teams based in Beijing during Mexico's evening time.
