HR Generalist - Medical Field

What we’re looking for :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area

At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources

Strong knowledge and experience of Labor Relations, Payroll, and Recruitment

Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Passion for building a positive and supportive workplace

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

English is a must for daily comunication.

&##128313; Managing HR operations, including payroll and employee relations

&##128313; Leading recruitment and onboarding processes

&##128313;Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process

&##128313; Ensuring compliance with labor laws , HR company policies and procedures

&##128313; Supporting performance management and engagement initiatives

&##128313; Acting as a trusted partner for managers and employees
