HR Coordinator & Payment Support

Guadalajara – On-Site Only (No remote or hybrid)

We are seeking a bilingual (English / Spanish) professional to join our team in Guadalajara. This is a full-time, in-office position. At first, you will support HR tasks and help by calling clients with bounced payments . Over time, as you get to know our firm and build trust, this role will grow into a full-time HR position.

Pay and Benefits :

Monthly take-home salary : 17,000 pesos

Key Responsibilities :

Human Resources (part-time at first)

  • Help with new employee onboarding.
  • Keep track of vacation and time-off requests.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and organizing candidate information.
  • Maintain HR files and records.
  • Payment Support (part-time at first)

  • Call clients about bounced payments and update records
  • Provide clear, professional communication
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous HR experience or education
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish).
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage different tasks.
  • Comfortable learning new responsibilities.
  • Growth Opportunity :

    This position is designed to grow with you. Over time, as HR tasks increase and you gain more experience, you will move into a full-time HR role.
