Technical Coordinator Job Opportunity

Seeking a highly organized and skilled Technical Coordinator to support our network infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and configuration of our network equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate technical activities related to network deployments.
Provide first-line support during scheduled maintenance windows.
Support the installation and troubleshooting of Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Assist in basic configuration and validation of network equipment.
Track and report on site readiness, installation progress, and issue resolution.
Document deployment steps, configurations, and results accurately.
Escalate issues in a timely manner to minimize impact on project timelines.

Required Skills :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.

Experience with Cisco network devices.

Familiarity with wireless technologies.

Basic troubleshooting skills for wired and wireless connectivity.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage tasks and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Proficient in using tools such as Excel and Smartsheet.
