We are seeking a Product Owner to lead product strategy and execution within a manufacturing-focused environment.

Who You Are : You are an experienced Product Owner with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.

You excel at translating business needs into actionable product requirements and prioritizing features for maximum impact.

Experience in or around Monterrey, Mexico, is preferred, and familiarity with the automotive supply chain is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities : Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.

Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.

Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Gather requirements from business units and manufacturing operations to translate into actionable user stories.

Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize features and processes.

Foster alignment across teams and stakeholders to ensure the product meets strategic objectives.

Qualifications : Proven experience as a Product Owner in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of Agile principles and product management practices.

Experience in automotive supply chain projects is a plus.

Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Preferred : Based in or near Monterrey, Mexico.
