FORVIA HELLA is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP Manager) to join our team at one of our key manufacturing plants in El Salto, Jalisco. This is a strategic HR role within a dynamic and evolving environment.
🔍 What You’ll Do :
- Take full ownership of the HR strategy and execution for one of the largest and most complex plants in the region.
- Partner directly with the Plant Manager to support cultural evolution, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Leverage data to drive informed decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
- Lead local HR initiatives in collaboration with Centers of Expertise (CoEs) and HR specialists.
