Associate Manager, IT Operations and Support

~3-5 years of experience in IT operations and support.

~ Experience in managing IT projects and teams.

~ Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.

~ Experience with IT service management tools

~ Location Cuajimalpa (hybrid work) .

~ Conversational English required.

The Associate Manager, IT Operations and Support is responsible for overseeing daily IT operations, ensuring smooth and efficient system and application performance. And collaborate with other departments to address IT-related issues and offer technical support to end users.

Manage and oversee daily IT operations and support activities.

Manage IT projects and initiatives.

Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff.

Develop and maintain IT budgets and forecasts.
