Key Responsibilities :

• Support the successful execution of all A&T activities for TMF clients, ensuring that work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure all client data is managed with integrity, accuracy, and reliability.
• Regularly update the contact list of the A&T team under your responsibility.
• Provide high-quality service in compliance with group standards.
• Follow up on client suggestions and improvement points.
• Ensure that client feedback and improvement suggestions are addressed promptly.
