Position : Senior Video EditorLocation : Remote – Latin AmericaReports to : Creative Director, VideoRole OverviewWe're looking for a sharp, senior-level Video Editor who knows how to craft compelling, high-quality content from concept to delivery.
This is an editing-first role, focused on turning raw footage into polished, emotionally resonant videos that capture attention and tell a clear story.You'll take the lead on edits across a variety of formats – from brand films and interviews to product showcases, internal comms, and BTS content.
You'll be responsible for editing, formatting, and delivering high-quality video content across different outputs, while maintaining consistency, organization, and creative excellence across all projects.Key ResponsibilitiesEditing & Post-Production
- Own the edit from raw footage to final delivery across various formats
- Edit long- and short-form content with strong narrative flow, pacing, and tone
- Add subtitles, supers, light motion graphics, and effects as needed
- Perform color grading to ensure visual consistency, enhance mood, and meet brand standards
- Work across multiple content types including interviews, brand videos, case studies, explainers, BTS, and more
- Export and format content based on platform or presentation requirementsContent Management & Workflow
- Organize footage, maintain edit files, and manage version control
- Handle multiple deadlines and shifting priorities with efficiency
- Collaborate with producers, PMs, and creative leads to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery
- Uphold quality across all deliverables – reviewing for clarity, audio, formatting, and brand consistencyWhat You Bring
- years of experience in video editing (agency or production environment preferred)
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects or motion skills a plus)
- Proven ability to craft edits that balance story, tone, and visual clarity
- Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling across a range of formats
- Impeccable organizational skills and a proactive, detail-driven mindset
- Clear communication skills and comfort working in collaborative, feedback-heavy environmentsBonus Points
