Position Overview

The Senior Software Engineer leads technical initiatives and drives engineering excellence, focusing on architecting scalable solutions and mentoring the engineering team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Architect and implement modular, maintainable software solutions that optimize performance and scalability
• Lead feature and epic design discussions, incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams
• Drive technical decision-making aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Identify and resolve technical ambiguities through analysis and collaboration
• Own medium to large-scale projects from conception to delivery with minimal supervision
• Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies
• Develop and execute project plans aligned with business objectives
• Maintain high-quality standards while meeting deadlines
• Champion best practices in software development, testing, and deployment
• Improve CI / CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and monitoring systems
• Provide detailed code reviews to enhance code quality
• Drive technical debt reduction and refactor legacy code
